Biography

Caroline Ko earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and her PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Stanford Hospital.
