Biography

Caroline Leach teaches digital media studies at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication. With a background as a marketing communications executive for Fortune 100 companies in technology and media industries, she has developed a robust skill set in corporate communications, marketing analytics, brand management, and digital marketing. Leach served on the integration planning team for a $50 billion acquisition in the tech media sector. An entrepreneur, she founded Carrelle Company, which helps leaders and organizations tell their stories and create a sustainable future through corporate communications, digital marketing, personal branding, and executive coaching services. Since joining USC Annenberg in 2020, she has been teaching courses in digital media leadership and management within the Digital Media Management (DMM) program, building on her expertise in the field. Leach has also taught in the Digital Studies Master’s program and holds both a Master’s degree in Communications Management from USC Annenberg and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA. In addition to her teaching, she has served as chair of the Annenberg Alumni Advisory Board and as an executive committee member of the Board of Governors of the USC Alumni Association.
