Dr. Caroline Sheaffer Jones

Biography

Caroline Sheaffer-Jones is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales, where she teaches French Studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honors from the University of Sydney, a Master of Arts from Paris VII, and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Sydney. Her academic focus includes 20th and 21st century French literature, philosophy, critical theory, deconstruction, postmodernism, women's writing, and cultural studies. Sheaffer-Jones is well-regarded in the field for her comprehensive understanding of contemporary literary trends and theoretical frameworks. As an educator, she is committed to exploring and imparting the complexities of French literature and its socio-cultural implications to students.
