Dr. Carrie Lomas

Biography

Carrie Lomas is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, specializing in strategy, innovation, and sustainability. With extensive experience leading corporate teams at Intel and serving as IBM's Artificial Intelligence Practice Lead, Carrie has a strong background in crisis and interim management. As a leader on Intel's EMEA Innovation Board, she fosters a culture of innovation while ensuring sustainable operational models in education. Outside of her work with clients in global healthcare engineering, Carrie founded Brand Conscience, focusing on creating impact indices for consumer goods and sustainable finance while supporting regenerative farming transitions. She has delivered sustainability education and facilitated digital sustainable business transformations, addressing the complexities of environmental challenges. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy Innovation from Saïd Business School and an Executive MBA, Carrie combines academic rigor with practical insights. Furthermore, she volunteers as a Non-Executive Director at Diversity-X to promote girls' engagement in adventure, sports, and technology. Her current research explores the intersections of regenerative farming, agroecology, and impact measurement, striving to develop new business models that support farmers and enhance sustainable practices.
