Dr. Carrie Redlich

Biography

Dr. Carrie Redlich, a professor at Yale School of Medicine, specializes in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She completed her medical education at Yale University School of Medicine and her residency in internal medicine at the same institution. Her fellowship training includes pulmonary medicine at the University of Washington and further specialization in occupational and environmental medicine at Yale. Dr. Redlich's research focuses on occupational environmental lung diseases, with particular emphasis on work-related asthma and the health effects of isocyanates, a group of chemicals commonly used in the production of polyurethane foams and coatings. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in these areas. In addition to her role as a professor, she directs the Yale Occupational Environmental Medicine Program.
