Dr. Casper Holm

Biography

Casper Gamborg Holm is a postdoctoral researcher at the Aalborg University Business School, specializing in strategic management with a focus on strategy implementation. He employs qualitative research methods such as interviews and observations to gain deeper insights into the structures that drive strategy within organizations. His research also explores the strategic application of carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) in business models, serving as a tool for facilitating organizational change and business development. In addition to his research, Casper teaches courses at both the bachelor and master levels in strategy and organizational theory, contributing to the Strategy, Organization and Management research group and the Strategic Management Lab at Aalborg University. He has been involved in various projects, including managing strategy implementation for Power-to-X projects and consultancy initiatives in collaboration with AI Denmark. With numerous publications and active participation in conferences and workshops, Casper is committed to advancing knowledge in his field.
