Biography

Catherine Galloway is a journalist and writer leading the Innovation and Translation work at the Kavli Centre for Ethics, Science, and Public. She excels at sparking conversations about important issues through creative storytelling and by connecting diverse audiences. Currently, she is involved in the 'Hopes Fears Lab,' a project designed as a conversation experiment where scientists and public members discuss future opportunities and challenges together in an artist-designed setting. With a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Cambridge, Catherine has spent years as a TV and radio presenter in France and has taught a bilingual journalism Masters course at L'Ecole de Journalisme de Sciences Po.
