Biography

Ms. Henry has spent the majority of her career as a public defender, serving as an Assistant State Defender in Philadelphia for five years, followed by eight years at the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In 2008, she was appointed as a Senior Litigator in the office, where she oversees and counsels assistant federal defenders in preparing and handling jury trials in federal court while maintaining an active case load. Ms. Henry has also lectured to numerous groups on trial strategy and defenses. Furthermore, she served as a clinical instructor at Temple Law School in 2003. She graduated from Drew University in 1991 and received her J.D. from the District of Columbia School of Law in 1995. Ms. Henry is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania bars.
