Biography

Catherine M. Sharkey is the Segal Family Professor of Regulatory Law and Policy at New York University School of Law. She specializes in the areas of Business Torts, Federal Preemption, State Tort Law, Products Liability, Punitive Damages, Torts, Administrative Law, and Class Actions. Professor Sharkey has made significant contributions to the field through her research and teaching. She has been recognized with several awards, including the Robert B.
