Biography

Cesare Alippi received his degree in Electronic Engineering summa cum laude from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and has served as a Professor at Università della Svizzera italiana and Politecnico di Milano. He has been a visiting professor at GuangDong University of Technology, consultant professor at Northwestern Polytechnic in Xi’An, and has held visiting researcher/professor roles at renowned institutions including UCL, MIT, and others. He has been recognized with multiple awards, including IEEE Fellow and ELLIS Fellow, and has formerly served in various leadership roles within IEEE and related societies. Alippi has published extensively, including a monograph and numerous papers in international journals and conference proceedings, and holds 8 patents.
