Biography

McColl has over 30 years of experience as an aircraft loads engineer, contributing significantly to the fields of Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics, Flight Mechanics and Controls, and Structural Mechanics and Materials. As Vice President at Technical Data Analysis, Inc., he oversees the development of loads engineering applications for military and international clients including the US Navy, Army, and Air Force, as well as organizations like NASA and NOAA.
