Chantal Bémeur is a specialist in nutrition related to liver disease and its numerous complications. Bémeur has published several book chapters, around thirty scientific articles, and a hundred scientific abstracts. Her laboratory co-leads the HepatoNeuro laboratory within the Cardiometabolic axis of the Research Center of the University Hospital Center of Montreal (CRCHUM).
