Biography

Chao Li received an M.A. in International Relations from the Beijing Institute of Foreign Affairs and a B.A. in Economics from Yunnan University in China. He joined Georgia Tech’s School of Modern Languages in 2001 as a Lecturer in Chinese, where he taught various language levels. In 2006, he served as the co-director of the Chinese LBAT (Language Business Technology) Program. Chao Li has played an important role in developing Georgia Tech's online Chinese language courses, focusing on the creation of course content, drill sections, multimedia production, and the compilation of grammatical notes. His efforts have established him as a key instructor in online Chinese teaching, emphasizing the creation of effective teaching and learning materials for the Chinese language.
