Charles Beach is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Economics at Queen's University. He has a BA (Honors) from McGill University and a PhD from Princeton University. His main research interests include income distribution, applied labor market analysis, and econometrics. Beach has been influential in the field, co-founding the Canadian Econometric Study Group and initiating the Canadian Household Panel Survey.
