Charles J. Dunlap, Jr. is a Professor of the Practice of Law and Executive Director of the Center for Law, Ethics and National Security at Duke University School of Law. An accomplished author and speaker, Dunlap has published in leading legal journals and written extensively on a range of national security issues. His notable works include discussions on 'lawfare' and military coups, and he has received numerous awards for his contributions to military ethics and law.
