Dr. Charles Henry

Biography

Dr. Charles Henry is a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Christiana Medical Center in Delaware. Dr. Henry has received the Walter Lorenz Resident Research Award for his contributions to research in his field. He further advanced his expertise with fellowships in orthognathic and temporomandibular joint surgery under the direction of Dr. Larry Wolford at Baylor University Medical Center. As a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Henry has published over 35 scientific papers and book chapters and has been actively involved in presenting at various national and international conferences. His clinical interests include Orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery, managing facial trauma, and office-based procedures, and he also participates in clinical training for dental students and OMS residents.
