Biography

Chelsea Bray graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science and completed a post-graduate residency program in Cornea and Contact Lenses under the supervision of Dr. Gina Sorbara. She also obtained an Honours Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Ottawa in 2010. Chelsea has worked in private practice in Stratford and Guelph for seven years before joining the faculty at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science as a clinical lecturer in 2022. She is currently employed as an Assistant Clinical Professor and serves as the head of the Contact Lens Myopia Control Clinic, as well as a supervisor for the Cornea and Contact Lens Residency program. Her research interests include specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and contact lens education.
