Biography

Chengguang Li is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Technical University of Munich's School of Management. His research primarily focuses on strategic international management, particularly joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. His scholarly work has been published in notable journals such as the Strategic Management Journal and the International Business Studies. He is also a member of the editorial review board for the Journal of International Business Studies and the Global Strategy Journal. Li earned his Doctorate from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a Master of Science from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States. Before his current role, he served as an assistant professor at the Ivey Business School and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Paderborn University.
