Chenxi Huang completed a PhD program in Biomedical Engineering at Yale University in 2015, with a thesis focused on dealing with outliers in cryo-EM reconstruction of large molecules. His research interests include fundamental issues and innovative mathematical and computational approaches to biomedical data analysis, particularly the identification and integration of critical information from imaging modalities, as well as sparse representations for detection and estimation of massive high-dimensional noisy data.
