Biography

Cheri L. Bradish is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Future Sport Lab at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. With expertise in sport marketing, Cheri served as the Loretta Rogers Research Chair in Sport Marketing from 2013 to 2018 and is known for her contributions to sport business strategy, innovation, and social impact. She has a rich background in academia, having spent sixteen years at Brock University, where she was involved in various leadership roles and helped establish the Bachelor of Sport Management degree. Her significant contributions include numerous publications in respected journals such as the Journal of Sport Management and Sport Marketing Quarterly. Cheri also has extensive experience in the sport industry, with previous roles at the Florida Sports Foundation, Nike Canada, and the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She has been recognized for her teaching excellence and was an honored representative of the Canadian Olympic Committee at the International Olympic Academy. Cheri is also a board member of the Canadian Association for Advancement of Women and Girls in Sport and has been awarded for her research efforts at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
