Cherie Metcalf is a Professor at Queen's University, cross-appointed in the Faculty of Law and the Department of Economics. She has co-authored with Ian Keay, winning the Vanderkamp prize for their work in Canadian Public Policy, and has received grants from the Social Science & Humanities Research Council of Canada and the Canadian Foundation for Legal Research. Additionally, she has served as an invited visiting scholar at the University of Colorado and the Vancouver School of Economics at UBC.
