Chin-Pang Liu received a First-Class B.Eng. (Hons.) Degree and a Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University College London (UCL) in 1994 and 2000, respectively. He has also made significant contributions to conferences, including serving on technical program committees for the International Topical Meeting on Microwave Photonics from 2008 to 2010 and regularly reviewing for journals such as IET Optoelectronics and IEEE Photonics Technology Letters. Currently, Dr. Liu is the Admissions Director and Site Director for the UCL-Cambridge Centre for Doctoral Training in Connected Electronic Photonic Systems.
