Dr. Chris De Korte

Biography

Chris de Korte is a Professor at Radboud University, specializing in Medical Ultrasound Imaging. He chairs the Medical Ultrasound Techniques department at Radboudumc, contributing significantly to the advancement of ultrasound applications in medicine. His expertise encompasses various aspects of ultrasound technology and its clinical applications. He has held numerous leadership roles in professional societies, including serving as President of the Netherlands Society for Medical Ultrasound and participating in the Board of Directors for the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology. He has also been involved in editorial roles for prominent journals in the field, ensuring the dissemination of high-quality research in medical ultrasonics.
