Biography

Chris graduated from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto and completed a hospital practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is a board-certified geriatrics pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in acute care. Chris is currently based at the Veterans Centre of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where he works as a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator with a focus on palliative care, geriatrics, and general internal medicine. Additionally, he teaches courses including PHM101H1 (Pharmacotherapy 1: Foundations of General Medicine) and PHM352H1 (Pharmacotherapy for Older Adults). As a faculty liaison, he mentors the Pharmacy Awareness Geriatrics (PAG) student special interest group. His scholarly interests include medication optimization for frail older persons and interprofessional education in delirium management.
