Biography

Chris Russell is an Associate Professor at the Oxford Internet Institute, focusing on AI, Government, and Policy. His research explores the intersection of computer vision and responsible AI, emphasizing the use of artificial intelligence for the greater good, alongside the challenge of responsible governance for algorithms.
