Biography

Christopher D. Townsend received his Bachelor of Engineering in 2009 and Ph.D. in 2013 in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Townsend is a member of the IEEE Power Electronics Society and the Industrial Electronics Society, contributing to advancements related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in areas such as industry, energy transport, renewable energy, energy conversion, and efficiency.
