Biography

Christian Schroer is a leading scientist at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY) focusing on X-ray nanoscience and optics. He completed his doctoral studies in mathematical physics at the University of Cologne in 1995 and pursued postdoctoral research at the University of Maryland and the Institute Solid State Physics Research Center Jülich.
