Dr. Christina M. Escobar is a board-certified urogynecologist at NYU Langone Health, specializing in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. She is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care to her patients, focusing on ensuring that each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered in their healthcare journey. Dr. Escobar specializes in managing pelvic floor disorders with a comprehensive understanding gained from her fellowship training, which integrates both urology and gynecology. Her management approach includes a variety of medical and surgical options, ensuring that treatment plans are personalized to meet the unique needs of patients. Dr. Escobar has specialized expertise in complex pelvic floor reconstruction and offers a diverse range of surgical procedures, including advanced vaginal and robotic surgeries. She is also actively engaged in clinical research aimed at advancing the field of urogynecology, focusing on innovative studies concerning novel devices for stress incontinence and improving patient access to urinary incontinence care.
