Christina Mashruwala is an Associate Professor in the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta, specializing in Accounting and Business Analytics. Her research focuses on financial reporting, market efficiency, anomalies, and pension accounting. She has made significant contributions to the field through publications in respected journals, including the Journal of Business Finance & Accounting and the Accounting Review. Her work often examines the ramifications of accounting practices on market behaviors and investor decision-making. Christina is also actively involved in teaching, imparting knowledge in financial accounting and managerial accounting to undergraduate and MBA students.
