Dr. Christine Beecher

Biography

Christine Beecher is a Professor of Medicine at Yale School of Medicine, specializing in Cardiovascular Medicine. She serves as the Director of Continuing Medical Education in the Section of Cardiology within the Department of Internal Medicine. Additionally, she is the Co-Director of the Limb Preservation Program and the Vascular Outcomes Program at Yale New Haven Health System. Beecher is a Primary Member of the Yale Institutional Review Board and actively participates on the Progress Committee at Yale School of Medicine. Her role as Medical Director of Vascular Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital involves overseeing clinical practices and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Moreover, she consults for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Outside of her primary responsibilities, Beecher holds an honorary position as a Clinical Reader at the William Harvey Research Institute, Queen Mary University, contributing her expertise in clinical pharmacology.
