Dr. Christine Chambers is an internationally recognized leader in the study of children’s pain and an innovator in patient engagement and partnerships in knowledge mobilization. As a clinical psychologist, she serves as a national voice for children’s health, creating purposeful connections among diverse groups to translate research ideas into impactful outcomes that improve the lives of children, youth, and their families. Dr. Chambers is the Professor and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Children’s Pain at Dalhousie University and is a faculty member at the Centre for Pediatric Pain Research at IWK Health Centre.
