Biography

Professor Christine Gerrard teaches English Literature at the University of Oxford, where she is also the Barbara Scott Fellow and a Tutor at Lady Margaret Hall. She supervises dissertation topics within the literature written between 1660 and 1830, and her teaching interests include American Literature from 1680 to 1900 alongside a joint degree in Classics and English.
