Biography

Christine Nicole McBeth, D.O., M.S.P.H., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UC Davis Health System. As the Director of International Ultrasound and co-director of the Global Health Area of Distinction, she actively engages in projects in various countries including Uganda, Belize, Nepal, Gambia, Laos, and Vietnam. Her research interests center on employing ultrasound technology to enhance medical education and improve local health systems in low-resource settings, developing effective protocols for faster diagnoses, and establishing sustainable training methods for healthcare providers.
