Dr. Christine Moser

Biography

Christine Moser is a Full Professor in Sustainable Organizing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research focuses on the interplay of technology and social interaction, specifically corporate social responsibility (CSR) and knowledge flows within social networks. Moser's work has been published in prestigious academic journals including Academy Management Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Human Relations. She serves as an Associate Editor for Academy Management Learning & Education and is a member of the editorial boards for Organization Studies and Innovation: Organization & Management. Moser is actively involved in academic organizations and has coordinated the organizing team for the EGOS Colloquium 2021, hosted at VU Amsterdam. Additionally, she is the incoming chair for the European Group of Organizational Studies. Moser's academic contributions extend to various research projects, focusing on topics such as digital care for older persons and the impact of algorithms on decision-making processes. Her academic qualifications include a PhD from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, awarded for her research on online communities, and a cum laude Master’s degree in Culture, Organization & Management from the same university. She has received several awards for her contributions to academic research and participates in various editorial and review roles within the academic community.
