Professor Christobel Saunders AO, MB BS, FRCS, FRACS, FAAHMS, is an internationally recognized leader in cancer surgery and breast cancer research in Australia. Professor Saunders has received multiple awards for her dedicated service and contributions to the field, including the Uccio Querci della Rovere Award and acknowledgment as a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences. She is deeply passionate about patient advocacy and ongoing medical research and has secured substantial funding for her projects, totaling over $54 million.
