He also completed a two-year breast imaging fellowship and a health policy fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at UCLA, where he earned his master's degree in health services research. Additionally, he received an MBA in healthcare management from Johns Hopkins University and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
