Biography

Christopher Contag is the Hannah Distinguished Professor at Michigan State University, where he serves in the Department of Biomedical Engineering as well as the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics. He has also founded several companies aimed at advancing imaging technologies and improving cancer therapies. His laboratory focuses on developing imaging tools to assess biological processes and understand the immune system's role in cancer progression, aiming to identify new therapeutic targets for disease prevention and management.
