Biography

Christopher Hudson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of Toronto and a primary staff anesthesiologist at Toronto General Hospital, part of the University Health Network. He completed his undergraduate studies with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology at Acadia University in 1999 and earned his medical degree from Dalhousie University in 2003. Following his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Ottawa in 2008, he pursued a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at Duke University, which he completed in 2009. Hudson also holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, obtained in 2012, and a Master of Medical Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2017. He has worked as a staff anesthesiologist and intensivist at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute for nine years, where he was heavily involved in residency education and is currently the anesthesia resident site coordinator at Toronto General Hospital.
