Biography

Christopher G. Lugo DMD is an Assistant Professor at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. He has over 23 years of experience in private practice, having developed five locations employing a team of pediatric dentists, an orthodontist, an oral surgeon, and 58 staff members. Christopher emphasizes a culture of progressive sustainability in dental practice management, focusing on the emotional and physical health of pediatric dentists while enhancing profitability. In 2021, he moved to Houston to be closer to family and joined the faculty of UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry the following year. He currently teaches a course on Business Dentistry to pediatric dentistry residents.
