Biography

Christopher McCrudden is the L. Bates Lea Global Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School. He specializes in human rights, equality, and discrimination, with a focus on international and comparative human rights law. McCrudden has authored several significant works, including 'Litigating Religions: Essay on Human Rights, Courts, Beliefs' (Oxford University Press, 2018) and 'Buying Social Justice' (Oxford University Press, 2007).
