Biography

Dr. Christopher Kevin Wong is a Professor of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He received his physical therapy degree from Columbia University and his PhD from Touro University International in California. Dr. Wong has previously served as the program director and currently coordinates the Clinical Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy curriculum. He continues to teach courses in Prosthetics, Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Advanced Orthopedics at Columbia University. An active contributor to the field, Dr. Wong has published extensively and presented at numerous national and international conferences on topics related to prosthetics, physiotherapy, and physical medicine. He holds board certification in orthopedic physical therapy and has maintained an active clinical practice throughout his career. Dr. Wong is a recipient of several prestigious awards including the APTA Education Section Distinguished Educator Award and continues to engage with various professional committees and councils in the field of physical therapy.
