Biography

Christopher Yoo is one of the nation’s leading authorities on law and technology. His research focuses on principles of network engineering and the economics of imperfect competition to provide insights into the regulation of electronic communications. He has emerged as a leading voice in the 'network neutrality' debate that has dominated Internet policy in recent years. Yoo is also pursuing research in copyright theory, the history of presidential power, and has authored several significant publications, including 'Dynamic Internet: Technology, Users, Businesses Transforming Network' (AEI Press, 2012), 'Networks in Telecommunications: Economics Law' (with Daniel F.
