Dr. Christy Hong

Biography

H. Christy Hong is a Clinical Assistant Professor specializing in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Pain Medicine. Her clinical focus includes Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management. Dr. Hong completed her MD at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, in 2019 and holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School, also earned in 2019. She has completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Stanford Health Care and completed residency training in Anesthesiology at Stanford University, finishing in 2023. Additionally, she is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Hong is actively involved in clinical practices at Stanford University and has a commitment to advancing anesthesiology through her academic work and patient care. She is passionate about integrating her background in economics and healthcare management into her practice, fostering improvement in clinical outcomes within the perioperative setting.
