Biography

Chu-Chun Hsiao is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Born in Taiwan, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2003 and became a Diplomate of the Taiwanese Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2008. After relocating to Ann Arbor, Michigan, she completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan. Since graduating, she has been associated with the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, focusing on clinical teaching in the Pediatric Dental Clinics for both predoctoral and graduate students. Dr. Hsiao is a board-certified pediatric dentist with expertise in behavior management and the care of children with special health care needs. Her research interests include investigating new materials for pulp therapy. Additionally, she is passionate about volunteering for dental missions internationally and is fluent in Mandarin.
