Biography

Chung-Hsing Yeh graduated from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Management Science. He has held various positions in Taiwan's public and private sectors, including teaching officer at the Army Engineering School, assistant engineer at Nan Ya Plastic Corporation, and research fellow at the Transportation Planning Board. He joined Monash University and completed his PhD in record time, focusing on computer-based production scheduling. Throughout his tenure at Monash, he has contributed extensively to consulting services for governments and industries across Australia, China, and Taiwan, and has appeared as an expert witness in legal cases involving software intellectual property. Yeh actively collaborates with National Cheng Kung University, where he also holds a visiting professorship. His extensive publication record covers areas such as multicriteria decision analysis, applied artificial intelligence, operations and production management, and transport research. He is a regular reviewer for several renowned scholarly journals and is featured in Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Engineering.
