Biography

Ciprian Alecsandru is an Associate Professor in the Department of Building, Civil, and Environmental Engineering at Concordia University. He joined the department in 2006 and has since been actively involved in research and teaching. Prior to his position at Concordia, he earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest's Transportation Faculty. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous scholarly publications and continues to be involved in conferences and workshops related to transportation engineering.
