Biography

Claire Boyle completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge and taught at the University of Oxford before securing a permanent lectureship at the University of Stirling in 2005. She joined the University of Edinburgh in January 2008 and specializes in post-war French literature, thought, and cinema. Her teaching encompasses periods from medieval to contemporary French literature and post-war European cinema.
