Biography

Claudia Johnson manages LawHelp Interactive, an award-winning document assembly platform training program for Pro Bono Net. With 16 years of experience in access to justice technology, she started her career at Bay Area Legal Aid in Oakland, where she designed and created the Legal Advice Line. Claudia is known for her innovative approaches, such as the day lawyer project at eviction court in San Francisco and the Language Access Project in Philadelphia.
