Biography

Claudia Manzoni graduated in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Milan in 2005 and obtained her PhD in Neuroscience from the Open University in 2010. She has collaborated with the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research in Milan, focusing on the analysis of amyloid aggregation and its toxicity related to Alzheimer’s disease. Claudia has worked at the UCL Institute of Neurology and at the University of Reading prior to joining the UCL School of Pharmacy in 2020. Her current research interests include genetics and complex neurodegenerations.
