Claudia has been a part of the Gustavson School of Business for over 15 years and earned her PhD in Entrepreneurship. Passionate about developing entrepreneurial minds, Claudia is actively engaged in researching entrepreneurial identity, networks, and social capital. She is also a member of the editorial boards of leading journals in the field and has published extensively, contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in her areas of expertise.
